How Do I Register for OTBPay ?

In Person....
Registration for OTBPay can be done in person at any of the three NYCOTB Teletheaters or the Capital OTB Albany Teletheater. You can present a check to the cashier for any amount up to $300 and get fast funding in your Wagering Account in minutes!

By Mail...
Registration can be done by mail by downloading a registration form, and mailing it in with a voided check, a copy of your drivers license, and a copy of your Wagering Account Card. You can also pick up a registration form at any NYCOTB or Capital OTB location.

How Do I Access my OTBPay Account ?
The casher will approve your check and hand you a receipt to sign. Your copy of the receipt will have a 5 digit PIN code that has been assigned to you. You will use this OTBPay PIN code to access your account both by telephone and on the web.
How soon is my OTBPay Account active ?
Your OTBPay account is available immediately upon registration. You will need to ACTIVATE your OTBPay account by changing your assigned OTBPay PIN code when you log in for the first time. You can use any touch tone telephone, including your cell phone, or the web to log in and change your PIN code. Your account is ready to use immediately.
