What is OTBPay ?
OTBPay is a multi access electronic loading system for NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account and Capital BETS Account holders . Players can load their Wagering Account from their personal checking account instantly using the OTBPay web site or a touch tone telephone. Players can also write a check at any NYCOTB Teletheater or the Albany Teletheater instead of using cash to load their Wagering Account. OTBPay is fast, secure, and convenient!

Step 1 - Register in Person (or by mail) at any OTB Location
You must already have a NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account or Capital BETS Account in good standing to register for OTBPay. You can register in person at any NYCOTB Teletheater or the Albany Teletheater by presenting your Wagering Account Card, your Driver's License or State ID, and your personal check with your name on it. The cashier will have your check approved by the OTBPay terminal which will instantly register you for OTBPay. The funds from your check will appear in your Wagering Account in 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 2 - Login to OTBPay and Activate your account
When you are approved for an OTBPay EFT account, the cashier will give you a receipt that will have your assigned OTBPay PIN code printed on it. You must use your OTB Account Number along with the OTBPay assigned PIN code to log into your OTBPay account within 7 days of registering. You can access your OTBPay EFT account by phone or by web. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your PIN code from the assigned code on your receipt to something secure that only you know and can remember. You will need this OTBPay PIN code anytime you access your account either on the web or by telephone. You will not need your PIN code, however, if you are writing a check in person at an OTB location.

Step 3 - Load your NYCOTB or Capital BETS Wagering Account !
There are 4 ways to load your Wagering Account with OTBPay. You will need your OTB# and your OTBPay PIN code to access your account.
1) Write a check at any NYCOTB Restaurant or Teletheater or the Albany Teletheater.
2) Call Toll Free 1-866-LOAD-OTB (1-866-562-3682) and use the touchtone response system to load your account.
3) Call Toll Free 1-866-LOAD-OTB (1-866-562-3682) and speak to a live operator to load your account.
4) Visit www.LoadOTB.com on the web and login to your account online.

All your transactions, no matter how you accessed your account (whether by touchtone phone, customer service, on the web, or in person at a Teletheater or Restaurant) appear in the OTBPay online system at www.OTBPay.com. You can easily view the dates, times, amounts, and funding options of any transaction you have made.

When Will The Funds Appear In My Wagering Account?
Funds will appear in yourAdvance Deposit Wagering Account within 5 to 10 minutes after your transaction is approved. Plan ahead when loading your Wagering Account and allow for sufficient time for the system to complete your request. Heavier volume during stakes season may increase the wait time for loads to appear in your Wagering Account. Planning your funding ahead of time is always a winning strategy.

Is OTBPay Secure ?
Wether you login on the web or call the toll free number, your transaction is secure. None of your personal information is shared with outside parties and you will not receive unrelated solicitations. Your OTBPay PIN code ensures that only you can access your account and initiate transactions.

What does it cost to use OTBPay to load my Wagering Account ?

* INSTANT FUNDING OPTION
To load up to $300 with instant availability of funds in your Wagering Account, the cost is 4.5%
To load over $300 with instant availability of funds in your Wagering Account, the cost is 6.5%
(Minimum Load Fee on any transaction is $4.50)

*DELAYED FUNDING OPTION
You may load up to $1,000 and have the first $300 instantly available in your Wagering Account with the remainder of funds to be applied when your transaction clears your bank in 3 to 4 business days. This "delayed" funding option is available for the lower fee of 4.5%
