OTBPAY CASH SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR DEPOSIT NECESSARY

1. ELIGIBILITY. The OTBPay Cash Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years or older as of the date of their entry and who hold a Advance Deposit Wagering Account from New York City Off-Track Betting as of September 3, 2007. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation, Money Movers of America and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective advertising and marketing agencies and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. All Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase or Deposit Necessary. The Sweepstakes begins on 7/24/2007 and ends on 9/3/2007. To enter, complete the enclosed OTBPay mail-in registration form, and mail to: Money Movers of America, One Westbrook Corporate Center - Suite 120, Westchester, IL 60154 or visit any NYCOTB restaurant or teletheater (for locations, see www.nycotb.com) where you can register for OTBPay in person.  You will receive one entry for registering for the OTBPay program (customers already registered for OTBPay automatically receive one entry), and you can earn one additional entry automatically each time you load your NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account using OTBPay. 

You may also enter without loading your NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account, by hand-printing your name, address, city, state, zip code, day and night phone numbers and the words “OTBPay Cash Sweepstakes” on a plain piece of paper no larger than 8 1/2" x 11", insert it into an envelope and mail to: OTBPay Cash Sweepstakes, MMOA, One Westbrook Corporate Center - Suite 120, Westchester, IL 60154. Mail entries must be postmarked by 9/3/2007 and be received by 9/10/2007, and in-person registrations/entries must be received by close of business on 9/3/2007. Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner of the NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account used for registration in OTBPay.  Enter as often as you wish, but limit one entry per envelope and each entry must be submitted separately.  Photocopies, mechanically reproduced or computer generated entry blanks are ineligible and will be disqualified. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: $500 Cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. Two (2) First Prizes: $250 Cash each - ARV: $250; Thirty (30) Second Prizes: $100 Cash each – ARV: $100.  Total ARV of all prizes: $4,000.00. Limit one prize per person/per household/per telephone betting account.  Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with their acceptance of any prize. Winners must have a New York City Advance Deposit Wagering Account in good standing at the time of prize award.  Prizes cannot be substituted for any other item by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater retail value at their own discretion. Applicable federal, state and local taxes are responsibility of prize winners.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about 9/14/2007 and will be notified by phone and/or First Class Mail. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Selected winners will be notified by phone or mail on or about the drawing date. In the event a selected winner is unreachable despite three phone and mail attempts, or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from the remaining eligible entries. Forfeited prizes may not be awarded. Sponsors not obligated to leave voice mail or answering machine message. Sponsors reserve the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and judges, which are final in all respects. By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge (on their behalf and on behalf of their guests, if applicable) that Sponsors, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. Releasees have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes. Each winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsors may use winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors: Money Movers of America, One Westbrook Corporate Center - Suite 120 ,Westchester, IL 60154 and New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation, 1501 Broadway, New York, NY  10036.  Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information (Official Rules) in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors may prohibit participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor’s representatives.

6. LIST OF WINNERS/OFFICIAL RULES. For the names of the prize winners, available after 9/30/2007, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: OTBPay Cash Sweepstakes, MMOA, One Westbrook Corporate Center - Suite 120, Westchester, IL 60154.
