What is OTBPay ?
OTBPay is a multi access electronic loading system for NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account holders . Players can load their Advance Deposit Wagering Account from their personal checking account instantly using the OTBPay web site or a touch tone telephone. Players can also write a check at any NYCOTB Teletheater or Restaurant instead of using cash to load their Advance Deposit Wagering Account. OTBPay is fast, secure, and convenient!

How do I Register for OTBPay ?
You must already have a NYCOTB Advance Deposit Wagering Account in good standing to register for OTBPay. You can register in person (or by mail) at any NYCOTB Restaurant or Teletheater by presenting your OTB Account Wagering Card, your Driver's License or State ID, and your personal check with your name on it. The cashier will have your check approved by the OTBPay terminal which will instantly register you for OTBPay.
The funds from your check will appear in your Wagering Account in 5 to 10 minutes.

Is there any way I can see my previous transactions ?
When you log into OTBPay at www.LoadOTB.com, you can view a history of all the electronic funds transfers to your Advance Deposit Wagering Account that you have made. You can even see the EFT transactions you made on the phone and by check at the OTB location.

When Will The Funds Appear In My NYCOTB or Capital BETS Wagering Account ?
Funds will appear in your Wagering Account within 5 to 10 minutes after your transaction is approved.

You may load up to $1,000 and have the first $300 instantly available in your Advance Deposit Wagering Account with the remainder of funds to be applied when your transaction clears your bank in 3 to 4 business days. This "delayed" funding option is available for the lower fee of 4.5%
